Jesi Grisham

 

 

Jesi Grisham has been coaching for 6 years. She spent 4 with Wimberley Athletic Club and the last two club seasons with Austin Performance as a 16's coach. Jesi was the Junior Varsity Coach at St. Michael's Catholic Academy from 2007-2009 and now is the Head Coach at SMCA. In 2006, her club team qualifed for the Junior Olympics. Jesi played 3 varsity seasons at Wimberley High School, where she won 3 state championships and 3 state tournament MVP awards. Jesi was named All-centex player of the year in 2003 and Co-player of the year in 2002. She was a 3 time All-state Setter. She was also named the 2004 TGCA Athlete of the Year and was a member of the 2004 All-star team. Within her 3 varsity seasons playing for her father, Lee Grisham, they compiled a 114-8 record. Jesi began her college volleyball career in the fall of 2004 at Texas State University and played two seasons with the Bobcats. While at Texas State, she recorded 82 assists in a match, second best in school history.
