  • Coached club volleyball for the past 11 years

  • Selected to coach the Lone Star Olympic Development High Performance team in 2004 and 2005

  • Qualified five teams for National Junior Olympic Championships

  • Helped develop and train numerous Division I and collegiate athletes

  • Established a state recognized high school volleyball program while developing and maintaining best in class student athletes

  • Led teams to four consecutive state championships from 2000-2003

  • Achieved and maintained competitive excellence by appearing in ten consecutive playoff appearances

  • Recognized and nominated as the Central Texas Co-Coach of the Year in 2003

  • Selected to coach TAPPS All-Star teams in 2000 and 2004

  • Motivational and influential speaker at the No Shortcuts Volleyball Clinic in 2003, 2004 and 2007

  • Organized and executed yearly summer camps while managing budget optimization
